The genesis for this subject came from a photo that was lost when my last computer died!
I have to confess that this is a far better subject than the one that was lost so it was worth it. It's another scene from Waveney Forest taken on one of those days of intermittent bright sunshine and interspersed with light showers. It was quite cool under the shade of the trees but that was soon forgotten when I caught sight of how the light was breaking through the canopy. I used to think that pine trees were quite drab and vaguely spooky; it has been a pleasant surprise to discover that isn't the case - although a friend told me he went ghost hunting there with some of his family on St Valentines Day night but they didn't find any ghosts.
